Can I try FTS before buying?
Yes. Sign up for free and explore the platform with your team for 14 days — no credit card required. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time from your organization settings.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and SEPA direct debit through our payment provider Stripe. Enterprise customers can pay via invoice with NET-30 terms.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing settings. You keep access until the end of your current billing period and are never auto-renewed after cancellation.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes. Annual prepayment receives a 15% discount versus monthly billing, available on all plans. Founding-customer pricing (30% off year one) is also available for the first five pilot customers.
